Born on beautiful Thursday Island, TI Sourdough Co. is a labor of love dedicated to bringing traditional artisan baking to our island community. We combine time-honored sourdough techniques with the vibrant spirit of island life.
Each week we bake to order in small batches — every Thursday we handcraft fresh loaves and treats using traditional methods and the finest ingredients, then deliver them free across Thursday Island every Friday. Nothing is pre-made, so every product is made with care and truly tastes of home.
